I set myself the tiny challenge of taking a selfie in every Faireland in a different Petite Mesh Avatar. This is me in the Fallen Gods Inc Flamboyance Petite in Flamenca. The dress is the Whimsy Petite dress by Wishbox, and the hair is Peppermint by Wasabi.

I love how the Fleurs tattoos look on the Pure Moss skin, especially the way different lighting intensifies or mutes the colours. It makes for a great wild Pixie look.
Everyone knows I love being a Pixie, but the Flow Yang Water skin I grabbed from Fallen Gods Inc at the Fantasy Faire inspired me to give being a Nixie a go. Here's how it looks applied to my Yabusaka Petite 3.

It's a beautiful warm spring day, with hints of thunderstorms, and I'm flitting about the Fairgrounds. I'm always on the lookout for new outfits for my petite fae. I love the little Yabusaka petites, although I have the sad feeling that they're kinda a dead-end product that is not really being developed these days. I have to admit, they have not aged particularly well in the era of bento faces, and the clothing manufacturers have not appeared to have developed much over the past few years.
All that said, I'm glad to show off a lovely outfit picked up here at Fantasy Faire 2020! The Juniper outfit from Starla at **DSO** is an adorable lovely little omega-applier tights and top with a flexi skirt. It's cute and bright, and comes in a variety of colours!
The flexi skirt is not modifiable, so you can't adjust the size. I found it to be slightly oversized in the waist for my Yabusaka 3.0 fae body, but I was able to adjust position enough that I was happy with the fit.
I hope you come and stop by the Faire.. There are beautiful treasures, big and little, everywhere you look!

A new find at Fantasy Fair! I love being a Petite Fairy. It's great finding new petite stuff since I've been using the original Yabusaka petite for a long time. It's the Fallen Gods Inc. - Holly Fleurs Female Avatar.

Any Petite out there knows how awkward it can be to get good mesh bento wings. These are simply superb. The Petite size fits every Yabusaka and Fallen Gods Petite avatar I've tried them on like a glove. They animate as soon as your wear them - no need to wear the wings and a separate animator to keep them moving. The animations are nothing short of stunning; smooth, gentle movements, which automatically switches to a rapid flapping when you fly. They're not high complexity or lag inducing, they have a complexity of about 30k.
I figured the HUD out pretty quickly. You'll see a small box on your screen with an image of two butterflies, one black and one rainbow coloured. Clicking on the rainbow coloured butterfly gives you the eight textures you can choose from, and once you've selected a colour it brings you right back to the main screen.
The black butterfly controls the animations. Click the top wing segment to make your wings flap really fast, the middle segment to set them to the smooth "standing" animations, and the bottom segment to make them fold down against your back. I LOVE that last option! I also love being able to control the rapid flapping because my "walk" is a flying animation, so it's great to just click the HUD and have my wings flutter as I walk.
Is there a bad side? Well using a Firestorm AO can cause the wings to stop animating. Unwearing and rewearing fixes it, but you're best off using a separate AO. Also, the way the wings and colour are set makes them very temperamental when it comes to modding. Tinting, or even changing the glow or setting them to full bright produces very weird results, so I strongly suggest you don't mod them. You will STILL love them. The textures are gorgeous. In fact, I want more! Maybe an add-on HUD sometime down the line?

I don't think I could love the Allseeing Petite Avatar more. I find myself unwilling even to wear something over it because there's just so much detail in the skin. Luckily it comes in PG ^_^ The only change I've made so far is to swap the wings for a pair of Petite bento animated wings from Jinx, so I can flap about Valhalla, and even then the static wings are perfect for getting photos just right.

Did you know that Yabusaka returned? It was a free bento head that lasted a long time at SL MARKETPLACE, currently it is gone; But he recently created an ax app with UNITY where you can mold your own bento head and bake in mesh, for those who are interested, it costs approx. 30 L when uploading it to SL gives sale permits, etc., according to your flirck and twitter group. I've got a whole Second Lifetime of Petite hair, outfits and avatars. Usually when I buy the Fallen Gods Fantasy Faire Petite avatar I can't wait to change it up and make it my own. With the Purple Bang avatar I find I like it so much as it is that I don't want to change it up at all. I did make a small alternation today; adding the Whimsy dress from Wishbox.
