This monday a Fokker 100 was expected at EHLE - SATYS was expecting a new client for its paint plant.

The Fokker 100 from Avanti Air with registration D-AOLH arrived in the afternoon from Saarbrücken (EDDR) - it had still the livery of its former employer - BekAir from Kazachstan.

The old registration UP-F1015 was still visible under a sticker on right motor off the aircraft.

On the photo the F100 has arrived at the paint plant and was nicely lit by a late afternoon sun.

Y100 WCM is a Volvo B8R/Plaxtn Elite new to Craig, Campbeltown in October 2021 as their number 12100.

It was one of a pair delivered that was originally ordered by Logan, Dunloy. Park's of Hamilton took the other 8. It is seen here on Great Western Road in Glasgow operating Scottish Citylink service 975 (Glasgow-Oban).

A Volvo B8RLE / MCV eVoRa a recent new acquisition for Derbyshire independant Hulleys of Baslow celebrating the company's Centenary year (1921 - 2021) complete with a suitable cherished registration Y100 HOB.

Volvo B8 Y100 HOB sits in Manchester

Aero Caribbean (Empresa Aerocaribbean SA) was an airline based in Havana, Cuba. It operated scheduled domestic passenger services to domestic destinations and international services, and charter flights mainly within the Caribbean and South America. Its main base was at José Martí International Airport, Havana. The airline was established in 1982 as Empresa Aero and started operations on 2 December 1982. It was set up by the Cuban government to provide domestic flights and regional charters to supplement national carrier Cubana. It was wholly owned by the government of Cuba. It has since been merged with Cubana de Aviación in 2015.

AeroCaribbean operated 5 different Ilyushin Il-18 configured for Y100 passengers/freight.

CU-T1268 (Ilyushin Il-18D c/n 188010704) was delivered in April 1968 to Aeroflot as CCCP-74256. In January 1986 it was sold to Cubana de Aviacion as CU-T1268 and in March 1992 transferred to Aero Caribbean. In March 1999 the plane was leased to Taino Airlines until January. The plane was eventually retired in December 2001 and stored in HAV to be later scrapped.
