Nice contrast between "sharply defined" calcified pleural plaques on the right and "poorly defined" upper lobe collapse on the left. The plaques are probably more likely due to tuberculous empyema as the yare unilateral, but may rarely be due to asbestos. The LUL collapse raises suspicion of an obstructing hilar carcinoma.
