wrecking balls were formerly a pear-shape with a portion of the top cut off and they are currently spherical. This picture was taken in the 1950s. Pear-Shaped wrecking balls were used from 1922-1966. They do not make wrecking balls like this anymore and McDonald's did not do PlayPlaces yet when wrecking balls were like this but McDonald's does do PlayPlaces now.
The wreck of the SS Richard Montgomery on the Nore Sandbank in the Thames Estuary near Sheerness.
The SS Richard Montgomery was an American Liberty cargo ship built in 1943, the ship ran onto the sandbank in August 1944 and broke her back. The wreck still contains a large quantity of unexploded ordnance.

I'm not sure why someone wanted to display this plane wreck in front of a store, but there it sits, next to a busy highway in Warminster, PA.

Wreck-Gar es uno de los personajes introducidos en la película de 1986.
Está incompleto, ya que le falta su hacha y su arma, pero tiene la llanta delantera y aún así se ve muy bien en ambos modos.

A few close up shots of the hull of a ship on Dungeness beach that probably won't see the sea again!
Between leaving Fartown and moving into the Alfred McAlpine (now John Smith's) Stadium, Huddersfield Rugby League Club shared (1992-94) the Leeds Road ground of Huddersfield Town FC. The club issued this 32-page programme (£1.20) for a September 1993 visit to Leeds Road by Division Two rivals London Crusaders (now Broncos). Australian stand-off Brad Davis features on the front cover. Fartown won 34-10 in front of 2,949 spectators. A retail park now covers the site of Leeds Road.

The Whistler Train Wreck is a popular, low elevation hike in Whistler. The short trail takes you to the site of a historic train wreck that happened in 1956.
In 2016, a suspension bridge was built over the Cheakamus River, making this an easy hike. Before that, the train wreck was a lot harder to access (requiring illegally crossing train tracks). The area has gained a lot of popularity since the bridge was put in.
The boxcars have been here since the accident occurred, and have since been brightly covered in graffiti. They make a unique sight, contrasting with the natural environment, making them an art gallery of sorts. The area is popular for hikers, photographers, graffiti artists, and mountain bikers.
