Wrapped Turkey
This makes a really pleasant change from the standard roast turkey with all the trimmings, and would be good for a smaller crowd at Christmas, with no waste. The sausage meat and bacon makes for a very moist and tender joint.
Serves 4
Syn free on Extra Easy
400g turkey breast joint
400g Joe's sausage meat
1 onion, finely chopped
4 mushrooms, finely chopped
1 tbsp dried sage
1 tsp sweetener
½ tsp salt
6 slices lean back bacon, all visible fat removed
Sauté the onion and mushrooms in Fry Light until soft. Add the salt, sweetener and sage and mix well. Allow the mixture to cool before adding the sausage meat and stirring very well – I found using a fork to do this worked well, alternating between 'cutting' through the mixture with the sides of the fork and squeezing it through the prongs.
Place a piece of kitchen foil on the work surface, large enough to wrap loosely around the joint. With wet hands, spread a thin layer of sausage meat the same size as the turkey joint on the foil. Place the turkey on top of this, and form the rest of the sausage meat around the joint to cover it completely. Overlap the bacon slices over the top of the sausage meat and join the foil up loosely, with space to breathe for the meat underneath.
Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 200°C. Fold back the foil to expose the meat and turn up the temperature to 220°C for a further 30 minutes. Ensure the meat is cooked through and slice carefully with a sharp knife – I found using a sweeping motion in just one direction worked better than moving the knife backwards and forwards.
Serve with Slimming World roast potatoes and plenty of superfree vegetables.

French citizens were tread on air when the bridge, PontNeuf was wrapped. A man said, "Christ and Jeanne-Claude regenerated PontNeuf." The drapes of the golden cloth show the bridge itself gorgeous catching the rays of the sun. It was an impressive moment.
Everyone wishes to look excellent as well as feel wonderful, however that is certainly easier said than done. Reducing weight as well as getting in shape is something that millions of individuals struggle with every day. If you actually wish to get skinny quickly then use skinny wrap.

This brick wall was wrapped in a printed 3M vinyl to color match the already painted walls. We used a heat rolling technique to help the vinyl take on the complex texture of the bricks. This technique allows our client to remove the color with no damage or long term commitment.

Rather than looking at things that were a distance from me the foggy conditions made me concentrate on details and get in close to my subjects. This stem of a grass like plant was entirely wrapped in fine spider webs and water droplets. I also think that this is the best example of Bokeh i have taken to date.
I am not 100% happy with the focus, but trying to do this hand held was almost impossible.
Five of friend Bev's blocks matched up with some fabric from my stash came together in this quilt for Wrap A Smile/Rotoplast. Colors are actually purples, pinks and greens, although they look a bit different in this picture.
