For some reason I've been craving chicken salad wraps and decided to make my own with rotisserie chicken, grape tomatoes and celery.
The potatoes were inspired by the olive oil fries I saw earlier on flickr here www.flickr.com/photos/lybouchard/2272712739/in/pool-recipes) , while I'm sure potatoes fried in olive oil are tastier, these are healthier.

- It was fascinating to watch this house spider enjoying a spot of lunch, in this case what appears to be a Harvestmen Spider. Once satiated her remaining meal was carefully wrapped and hung in a safe place to be finished later. Thurnham Court, Devizes.

Her plastic body and immobility attracted me,
But I know that I'm the only one.
She tempted everyone who wants to see her.
Wrapped in her clothes, she just tries to make you desire her.
I made this using Lion Brand Homespun, from a pattern on the Lion Brand site.
I found that the pattern was way too short, and I had to add a significant amount--around 8-10 inches, I think. Even still, it could have been a little longer.
I love this and hate it. It looks awesome, if it stays where it's supposed to. However, you can't really lift your arms in it. Also, the Homespun yarn sheds terribly, especially from the fringed cuffs, so you really have to be careful what you wear it with! The fringes are very impractical for eating in, so essentially, this works well for a night out (which I seldom get to do) and I was also told looks great while I'm playing the piano--the fringes bounce wonderfully.
I'd give it a 7 out of 10.

Sasamat Lake Trail:
The trail wraps around the lake so you can choose what area you would like to begin your walk. However, from White Pine Beach area as you walk down the short hill towards the beach, the lake comes into full view giving a sense of the entire area and the distance around the lake. Go right towards the end of the beach area where the paved trail turns to gravel and heads into the forest.
For the first section the well maintained trail hugs the shoreline offering occasional glimpses of the lake from different angles. As you continue, the trails goes up a set of wooden stairs and merges with the gravel road above. Follow this road to the left towards the Sasamat Outdoor Club, a facility that offers many outdoor programs for community groups and local schools within the Belcarra Park area.
Cross the driveway and walk down the steps as the trail continues toward Bedwell Bay Road. After crossing a bridge over a small stream, the trail reaches a junction. Walking right takes you to Woodhaven Swamp and going left will continue along the trail that circles the lake.
Go right as the trail follows Bedwell Bay Road for a short distance before going up a set of wooden stairs to the road. Carefully cross the road to the sign on the other side and continue up the trail between the two residential houses. The trail is well maintained and easy to follow through the second-generation of Douglas Fir and Western Cedar trees.
After hiking for 2km, the trail arrives at another small road with the Woodhaven Swamp partially visible between the trees on the other side. Cross the road and continue along the trail to a sign on the left. Walk down the steps and follow the path as it loops around the swamp area.
After enjoying the scenery, return to the road area and cross back to the trail that leads back down towards Sasamat Lake.

Thank-you for your visit!
I really appreciate it!

Ok so while Erica was placing mayo filled condoms in strategic places and Gretchen was saran wrapping the side yard, I was saran wrapping the driveway. I started from a tree on the right side and went across the driveway to the basketball hoop and just kept going back and forth. She said she couldn't even get her car out...the saran wrap just kept stretching when she was backing up! HAHAHAHA! She then had to get out and tear it!
