Riders from the Wounded Warriors Project left from Veterans Memorial Park in Beeville on March 14 for their ride to Portland, Texas. The riders, who are raising awareness to the plight of wounded soldiers, were expected to arrive in Portland later that afternoon. The riders started their journey in Beeville and have made similar rides in other parts of the country.

Flaunt joined Showtime and the Wounded Warrior Project to present the opening night of "Eye of the Storm" at Reform Gallery in West Hollywood. Flaunt also ran a ten page story in Issue #94 to promote the show. Guests enjoyed Ocean Vodka cocktails, Peroni, and Fiji Water while perusing war time photographs taken by the country's best contemporary military photographers working in Iraq and Afghanistan. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the show go to benefit wounded veterans through www.woundedwarriorproject.com. The show was curated by Dane Jensen.
