This tower once was part of the Medieval city walls of Delft, buit at the start of the 16th century. The tower is called St. Huybrechtstoren after the patron saint of the hunt.

It may be mid-teen temperatures and 20+mph winds, but that isn't stopping me from braving the cold for some pictures! With a hefty train in tow for Cadwell, Shelbyville, etc, the UP LSB54 gains speed after slowing for a northbound grain train to enter Tuscola siding. Crew members Strubinger and Garfield will soon be hopping out and braving the cold to perform their duties for the day. This weather doesn't stop the railroad!

Clare Island, Caher Island { rock }, Inishturk Island and Innishboffin Island.
Clare Island was the ancestral home of Grace O Malley or Grainuaile as she was generally known. 1530-1603.
On the death of her father she took over lordship of the land and sea in this part of Mayo and demanded and got a tax from all those who sailed or worked on thes waters.
She married Donal [ an Cogy ] O Flaherty which even brought her greater wealth.
When her two sons and her half brother were taken captive by the English governor of Connaught she sailed to England to meet Elizabeth 1 to try and secure their release.She sailed right up the Thames to meet her. She was successful in doing this and apparently her and the queen got along very well. They both conversed in latin as Grainne only spoke Gailge.
Its an amazing story worthy of a great film or a best seller.

You alone O God have displayed Your handiwork in the heavens and Your glory fills the earth! I am so thankful that I got to witness the beauty of the Aurora Borealis in its full glory shining brightly over the Northern Minnesota landscape. It is something that I had wanted to see for many years as the last time that I saw it was over 18 years ago. This night was truly a blessing and a truly mesmerizing sight to behold!
It's amazing how it all unfolds
When you have done lots of inner work
My #blahblahscape is full of my inner feelings and thoughts
And, yes - I have shared with you
Many of these thoughts comes from observing others around me and from my own mess
I know I am not alone on this journey
Some of you are there too
And maybe, just maybe it can help one of you to read my journey
We need to tidy up our lives
When you are having bad feelings like jealousy, envy, guilt, hate and all what arouses imbalance within you - you must know that there is something you must deal with
It will then eventually go away, diminish, being lightened up, being put back to the place or person where it originally belonged
Because it is probably not yours to keep
Isn't that quite a thought
It is not yours to keep
We use time, We misuse time, We delay, We postpone, We are human beings
As easy as that
And as difficult as that
I love lighthouses
They are there for guidance and help on your way
I have my own lighthouse, it's there for support and love
It contains love from special loved ones, but the most important is the love I have for myself
Giving me a safe shelter when I have needed it
Comfort and rest
You can have it all
"Just" need to open up for it
It all comes down to being able to love yourself
Feeling worthy of love
Your own love to yourself
Respecting yourself
We all are from Love, of course we all are worthy love, breathe that in so you can rest in that, you too

Cill Chriosd Manse House, Nr Broardford, Isle of Skye
I will be moving on but I think this location is worthy of posting 3 images. From this angle the chimneys could not be kept below the horizon so I went as low as I could so they were as high as possible. It's also about the closest I shot the Manse house from.

First of all, this year has been so hard in every way possible, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have it's pros ^w^
For all the brands that accepted me as their blogger, thank you. I wouldn't have tried to improve myself if it weren't for you giving me a chance to do so. And with Absinthe being the first brand to ever look at my flickr feed and deem me as worthy of blogging her products when I just had a few followers. I want to let you know that all of the posts I made are from my heart and I am beyond grateful for merging my love for concept an photography into your products and artworks!!
For SL, I know I've been on and off for years until I have discovered being a blogger. Even though SL has it's moments, it still has a big part in keeping me sane amidst all this mess. I am not used to being inside all the time so for me to find something I love doing and a routine for me to follow, thank you. It helped me mentally ♡
For everyone who supported me, thank you!! I am just a small blogger but people still found the time to appreciate what I do and I'm so grateful for every single one.
And lastly, Naomi Nova , Polly Norwood, Mona Monroe-Froste , you are amazing. At times I feel not welcomed at this platform at all and you three came along and one of the most caring and supportive people I have ever met even if we have never met personally.
