While Tam, our main guide ( far left) is having a laugh with my husband and the other guide is chatting with Dana. I captured this moment. I will never know what they were talking about but once again it is nice to revisit a few photos from that adventure in Vietnam. Thank you all for your visit /comment.

The Arabian escarpment was formed approximately 30 million years ago when the edge of the Arabian plate broke away from Africa creating the Red Sea in the process. The twisting road at the bottom of the escarpment leads to the Red Sea. Photographed with a Nikon F4, the Fujichrome slide was later digitized with a Nikon film scanner.

The view from Tokyo Skytree is a broadcasting, restaurant, and observation tower in Sumida, Tokyo, Japan. It became the tallest structure in Japan in 2010 and reached its full height of 634.0 m in March 2011, making it the tallest tower in the world.
The Golden Pavilion is a three-story building on the grounds of the Rokuon-ji temple complex.The top two stories of the pavilion are covered with pure gold leaf. The pavilion functions as a shariden, housing relics of the Buddha (Buddha's Ashes).
