Whenever I don't go to the gym (which happens quite a bit unfortunately), this is my home workout solution: Wii Fit, yoga, and stability ball (Not seen: Nintendo Wii and TV). I also have a dance workout DVD, but that requires shoes. Doesn't replace the gym, but it's good for core strength.

Jour 120, orbite 1861 – Le saviez-vous ? Ma playlist officielle 🎶 est sur Deezer, et elle est mise à jour régulièrement avec de nouveaux titres ! C’est une playlist volontairement éclectique, pensée pour accompagner chaque humeur et chaque moment de la mission : des morceaux rythmés pour le sport, des titres plus doux pour admirer la Terre par les hublots de la Cupola, des chansons qui réveillent des souvenirs… et même quelques surprises suggérées par mes proches.

Workout gym in an abandoned psychiatric hospital. This room was disturbing for some reason.. I got a the feeling that I was being watched and not wanted..
The colors were done with a color LED and the back wall design was done lighting the glass of a broken mirror.

The epic photos were shot with my favorite lens the Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8G ED VR II AF-S Nikkor Zoom with a CP--the B W 77mm XS-Pro Kaesemann Circular Polarizer with Multi-Resistant Nano Coatingon, all on the amazing Nikon D800E Camera!
All the Gold'N'Virtue bikinis and 45surf clothes have the main equation to Moving Dimensions Theory on the swimsuits: dx4/dt=ic. Yes I have a Ph.D. in physics! :) You can read more about my research and Hero's Journey Physics here:

Ergo dx4/dt=ic--the foundational equation of all time and motion which is on all the shirts and swimsuits. Every photon that hits my Nikon D800e's sensor does it by surfing the fourth expanding dimension, which is moving at c relative to the three spatial dimensions, or dx4/dt=ic!
