I want to do my exercises but it's winter and the weather is terrible so it's cold and rainy outside. Therefore I'm not going out jogging along the river like I usually do, but prefer to stay inside and do my workout at home. Let's start with some jogging on the spot to warm up...

Tom works out a lot. He has this very strong will and a great body thanks to that. He recently started a special muscle-building diet, where he loses fat but gains muscles. That day was one of his workouts, when he felt very weak and fragile (start of the diet) - ah well, this is how philosophers should feel all the time! :)
