My new workplace - I started work here as a lay minister on Sunday past. My ordination has been delayed because of the virus. This is St John the Baptist Church, Devizes.

St John's Church in the Wiltshire town of Devizes, dates from 1130 when it was constructed as a chapel to the recently completed castle. It is rumoured that the altar relic at its foundation was a feather from the wing of the Angel Gabriel. The feather has yet to be discovered!

Simon Jenkins points out the strong contrast between the - unexceptional - English Perpendicular style of the nave and the decidedly French Norman style of the east end of the church. The north and south chapels that flank the Norman chancel make up a third focus of interest.

This friendly uncle is the owner of a watch/clock shop at Bentong, Pahang, Malaysia.. His friends used to call him "Botak" (bald or 光頭). According to one of his customers, this uncle suddenly grew thick hairs few years ago. For those who wants thick hairs may contact him. LOL.

Some early train watching with coffee has become something of a morning ritual for me before work- I can't work from home during this whole mess as my workplace is on the state's "essential" list, so I may as well continue to make the best of my limited chances to be out of the house, if only briefly and at least six feet away from other human beings.

Millennium Mills is an iconic industrial former flour mill that sits proud and civic as the centrepiece to the Royal Docks. The Mill is now due to be fully restored as part of The Silvertown Development brought forward by The Silvertown Partnership, which will create over 6,000 new homes, 1.8 million sq.ft of next generation workplace, and a new space for cultural and community events.

Millennium Mills was originally built in 1905 but suffered extensive damage during World War One. It was rebuilt in 1933 & 1954 by Spillers and served London until 1981 where it fell derelict due to the decline of shipping trade.
