Man I know Monday's are always hard, but the Monday after a holiday should be ILLEGAL!!!

I know I shouldn't complain as I get to work from home. I work exactly 17 steps from my bed and don't have to deal w/ traffic to and from work.

But working from home isn't always what it's cracked up to be.

You really have to have a strong work ethic, because you don't have anyone hovering over you to "motivate" you to get things done. If you're not a self starter, I STRONGLY advise against working from home. Also, since you work from home and don't have to drive to leave work, finding a reasonable "stopping point" is nearly impossible. Most of my friends know of me staying up till the wee hours of the morning because I know I have something to get done and it's right in my face. It's SO easy to become a workaholic..

It's really easy to become a hermit and ostracize yourself from other teammates and the rest of the world. I think that's why I'm reaching out through photography so much now because the disconnect is starting to get to me.

But hey, this is about the most I've dressed up for work since I've worked from home (bout 2 yrs)..

For this shorter clip here, I censored the screen to protect my company. Bub was trapped in the room with me with the door closed, so he started acting up to get my attention. My office was a total mess and the closet was overloaded. Spent most of today cleaning out the closet, getting a load of stuff for donation and re-organizing my home office. Now the dogs have a place to lay down again and I have an entire empty shelf in my closet.

As my wife said "we will see how long that lasts"
