Kaloraaž 100 g kohta: 236kcal, valgud 5,5 g, süsivesikud 25,6 g, rasvad 15,3 g
Töökäik:
1. Lõika lillkapsas ja brokoli väikesteks suupärasteks õisikuteks.
2. Keeda al dente ca 10 minutit.
3. Jahuta koheselt külmas vees ning lase kuivada sõelal.
4. Sega kokku kastmeks oliivõli ja laimimahl.
5. Sega kokku lillkapsas, brokoli ja rukola.
6. Serveeri värskete marjade ja maitserohelisega.
Cauliflower salad with broccoli 200g
Ingredients: cauliflower 70 g, broccoli 70 g, olive oil 10 g, rocket 15 g, coriander 5 g, lime juice 10 g, cranberries 20 g
Calories per 100 g: 236 kcal, proteins 5.5 g, carbohydrates 25.6 g, fats 15.3 g
Workflow:
1. Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small mouth-watering florets.
2. Cook al dente for about 10 minutes.
3. Cool immediately in cold water and let dry on a sieve.
4. Mix olive oil and lime juice together to make a sauce.
5. Mix together the cauliflower, broccoli and arugula.
6. Serve with fresh berries and herbs.
