“This is a photo of my beautiful fiancé on our travelling in Spain. We just arrived yesterday and have bearly left the hotel. However we took some photos on our way home from dinner. But I really can’t decide which one of those to I like better. On one hand I love how she pops out of the image I’m the first one. But I’m just a sucker for that oldschool vibe, with way to much grain and some dark tones. Like the second one. Any thoughts, which so you like better?
Same as the last one. Not quite as old, but close. Just took a photo I've worked with before and just messed with it to see what I could do.

I have a photo session yesterday that I was hired for an author's book project. After the session over, the author asked her to see if she wanted to update the photo of herself for publishing on the inside back of the book, and she wanted it update so she and I went outside to walk around for a bit, tried this location with only a couple tries. It turned out nicely, I think. Heard she loved it.
Perhaps I should start doing some portrait photography.

Had a great time up in Portland. Got a suite on the top floor of the Hyatt that had a a huge private balcony overlooking Old Port Portland and Casco Bay. The view was incredible, I'm pretty sure one of the best you can get in the city. Worked with some rather harsh light on this one, but I was able to pull down a white screen in a 12 foot long window to the left of the frame that worked pretty nice as a reflector.
