New York Comic Con 2018

Wolverines are the largest species of martin. They are solitary and predominantly nocturnal. They are good climbers and swimmers. Wolverines are long-lasting runners who can cover distances of up to 45km in one night. They are considered to be exceptionally strong and aggressive and have even been observed chasing away pumas, bears and wolves before they are attacked. They do not owe their name to an excessive appetite, as the name suggests, but rather it is derived from the Old Norse "Fjellfräs", which means ROCK CAT. They have long fur.

Wolverine at Highland Wildlife Park having a comedy moment

Born James Howlett and commonly known as Logan, Wolverine is a mutant who possesses animal-keen senses, enhanced physical capabilities, three retracting bone claws on each hand and a healing factor that allows him to recover from virtually any wound, disease, or toxin at an accelerated rate. The healing factor also slows down his aging process, enabling him to live beyond a normal human lifespan. His powerful healing factor enabled the supersoldier program Weapon X to bond the near-indestructible metal alloy adamantium to his skeleton and claws without killing him. He is most often depicted as a member of the X-Men, Alpha Flight, or later the Avengers.

This my version of the wolverine inspired by the recently minifigures from EclipseGrafx, the Grafx-squad. The muscle arms and the savage mask make a very nice complement to the figure, giving it the look of the 90's version (tv series), I took the liberty to change the original hips for a dark blue color one, if there's any doubt the head used under the mask corresponds to the minifigure Hawkeye, in my opinion it fit perfectly well the mask.

Beforehand I appreciate for taking your time and check out my stream!

this was the image underneath the Marvel name when I got into his comics

Wolverine in the 80's fashion (my favorite costume). It was the time when in France it was still called Serval and I was reading the adventures of the Xmen in the pages of Special Strange of the Lug editions.

Wolverine is the best at what he does, and what he does isn't very nice. Too bad that lands him on Santa's naughty list.

Claws too bub

After getting KO Custom's fantastic Chrome Claw, I thought I'd line up my Wolverines and see how they looked!

Everyone's favourite self healing mutant... well.. except for Deadpool... and Lobo... and....

Figures are a mixture of official Lego and customs... I really have to thank Agoodfella for his inspiration on some of these too!

This is Georg Alexander or "Goggi" as Wolverine from the X-Men comics. Wolverine has always been one of my favorites so there was never any doubt about him being in the series and I thought Goggi was perfect for the role, I think he looks a lot like Hugh Jackman.

He certainly got into character for this photoshoot, grew his hair and beard long for weeks before and definately had the right attitude in the photoshoot. As with the other superhero shot´s Henný and Eva Hrönn did the makeup/bodypaint on this one. A lot of people propbably don´t recognize the costume since Wolverine wears all black in the three X-Men movies but this is the original costume (minus the mask of course) and this is how I remember Wolverine from the comics.

I took this shot almost 3 months ago so I am not 100% on the lighting, I have just been so busy with work I haven´t gotten around to process these photos but I have shot the whole series now, just have to upload the final 12 photos. As far as I can remember, lighting was 5 lights, one honeycomb on the backround, two honeycombs from each side behind him for hair/rimlight and then two striplight softboxes on both of his sides but also slightly from the front.
