Drowning Devils, or Sarglagons, guard Hell's waterways, drowning or poisoning any who attempt to pass by.
This ancient Red Dragon has more intelligence and resources than a thousand immortals, and the Izzet Guild works behind the scenes to run the city of Ravnica.
No, sirens aren't necessarily pretty women. All they really need is that hypnotic voice, after all. Just lead a few sailors astray, wait for them to wreck, and... feast.

With a face like the Oni, size greater than a Titan, and keen intelligence, Rune Giants are the ultimate nightmare!
Demons that even Balors fear, the Molydeus is directly connected with the demon lord it serves, and wields an enchanted weapon that can cleave the head from anything.
If religious faith actually turned you into a shining holy warrior, robed in light and a beacon in the darkness, churches would have more people.

Even half-demon cyclopean harpies can be hot, too!
Also, I really have to ask just what Imerta is. And who's the other parent.
Also known as the "Howler in the Dark," this is one of Nyarlathotep's far more beastly, brutal forms. Most often, it is depicted as slender, on tripod legs, and witha curved tentacle in place of a head (does it seem familiar now?). But Nyarlathotep is absolutely comfortable occasionally shedding his subtle seducer forms, and transforming into a howling giant when it suits him.
From the Algonquin tribes, the Wendigo is a spirit of hunger and evil, formerly a human. Those people who practice cannibalism are at the greatest risk of becoming one, and will then be condemned to seek and devour the flesh of humans, starting with their loved ones.
Here is a traditional description compiled by Basil Johnson, historian and scholar:
"The Weendigo was gaunt to the point of emaciation, its desiccated skin pulled tautly over its bones. With its bones pushing out against its skin, its complexion the ash gray of death, and its eyes pushed back deep into their sockets, the Weendigo looked like a gaunt skeleton recently disinterred from the grave. What lips it had were tattered and bloody [....] Unclean and suffering from suppurations of the flesh, the Weendigo gave off a strange and eerie odor of decay and decomposition, of death and corruption."
A giant ice skeleton! Now, most modern people make them into werewolves or bear things or (as you see above) deer-headed monsters. Why hasn't anybody made the traditional Wendigo? Whyyyyyyyyyyy?
An unearthly Mind Flayer experiment, this former Beholder is now a new set of eyes for an Illithid colony.
This is one of the worst-made D&D minis... because of a design flaw where EVERY SINGLE FIGURE has a crack or stress fracture in the trident. I got like ten, and only one remains unbroken to this day. The injection point on the trident has a flaw, somehow.
Pit Fiends are some of the most vicious and terrifying of all devils. They lead armies in the Blood War, and are nearly unstoppable tacticians and juggernauts!
It is not truly known what causes Boneclaws to rise as twisted and murderous mockeries of life. Perhaps they are failed liches, or undead ogres, or creations of necromantic alchemy, or even simpy "evolution" of the undead, but these horrific creatures bind themselves to evil masters... whether their masters desire it or not. In fact, the Boneclaw's master might not even know about it, though the signs of murder and carnage will be there. A Boneclaw cannot truly die until its master is destroyed, as well.
They're slave-trading spiders from outer space! Neogi are a terrifying race of aberrations who travel the crystal spheres of theuniverse, and see all other races as sources of income - either as customers... or stock.
Sometimes when a Beholder is obsessed with dragons, its dreams will manifest in this twisted, wretched form of Beholderkin. Eyedrakes are neither truly dragon nor beholder, and live in a strange approximation of both.

כּוּשׁ transliterated into English as Cush or Kush, a name meaning black; terror in ancient Hebrew. I started out just designing a forest card (inspired by John Avon’s Art of course) but adding the figure made me reconsider the colors and composition of the piece.
