The image is soft but the elements were harsh. So this was an exercise in composition. I saw this 'flash of perception" of rolling, boiling water mixed with fiery reds. It felt like a witches brew. In other words, this image is my perception ...not perfection. lol

Size : Less than 3 x 3 inches
Being empty nesters and grandkids living far away, there were no Halloween items in the home as subjects. However I noticed this Witch like face as I was doing some food preparation. So out came the camera.
The subject is part of the heart valve and chordae tendinaeas of lambs heart. Natural light source through the kitchen ceiling to floor window. The monochrome approach gives a slightly spooky edge.
