This was sold as "green howlite turquoise" so I think it's dyed howlite. I thought it was attractive, regardless. I've given it a simple nontarnish silver wire wrap and it comes with a braided black faux leather cord.
Available on my website.
I made these for my tap dance troupe for the show next week - 4 gals including me - plus one guy. The name comes from the fact that one of our crew is very much expecting (at the end of July).
Our costumes have purple and capri blue sparkly overcoats so these will match the colors perfectly :) Photos show the three pairs for my crew-mates and I'm wearing my pair.
The bead on the top is one of the 1940's Czech Crackle Glass. I love the way this turned out. I was really lucky to find a pair of these leaf beads that matched, and tho it isn't shown, it's a pretty good match.
Custom necklace and earring set I made for Steffany's sister for Christmas. Snowflake obsidian cab wrapped in sterling wire with black onyx, fresh water pearls, ice flake quartz, snowflake obsidian and silver seed beads on the necklace and earrings.
An example of Chris's wire-wrapping. He also has a version of this bracelet that has a ruby instead. Gold-filled wire, silver wire, silver stardust beads, and a lab-grown sapphire. Very delicate.
I hand hammered a sterling silver circle and wirewrapped it to a sterling chain. The faceted labradorite teardrop is wirewrapped to the circle.
This necklace has a delicate, organic look and depending on the light, the teardrop flashes glints of blue, green, yellow and grey.
I made this as a gift, but look for similar items in my shop soon.
Handmade copper heart with turquoise coin stone inset. Made for the shop but also to practice my wire wrapping. I am very pleased with the result.
