Since I haven't uploaded anything to Flickr in quite a while, I decided to go through my camera and upload a few interesting pictures.

This picture is one of four I'm uploading about my AP Physics B final project: To correctly wire a circuit that, when hooked up to a pre-built power supply, acts like a clock, lighting up LEDs per second to indicate time.

This picture shows the underside of the board. Visible is the nest of wires going between the various circuit components: seven integrated circuit sockets (14-pin inline), a 1 microfarad capacitor, a 10 kiloohm resistor, ten LEDs, and three vector pins: one for Vss, one for Vcc (which was +5 volts as I recall), and one for the clock pulse. Each wire is wire wrapped on both ends, which means that this took a very long time to make. It also worked on my first try!

Inspired by the work of H R Giger. A necklace fit for an Alien Queen, with Blue Topaz, sculpted in sterling silver

A stunning 1.9"(4cm) crocheted cuff bracelet made of pure silver wire. This impressive piece is at the same time modern and classic.

The crochet is double layered, what gives it extra presence and a special glamorous look. The bracelet is created using a crochet hook in a rare technique.

The clasps are made of sterling silver 925.

This piece is 8"(20cm) .

A commissioned piece, a pair of earrings taken from my Gemstone Circles collection

They were very tricky to make, and at times migraine inducing lol...anyway, I hope you like them

Before I worked in iron or silver, I made copper spiral jewelry from salvaged wire. This pendant and earrings were worn daily for several years and have a beautiful warm brown patina. Tumbled hematite pebble pendant, 16 gauge wire, 1992. Triskele earrings, 14 gauge wire with antique African iron beads (I still make the earrings, though I no longer do much wirewrapping).

I received these beautiful briolette stones in the mail yesterday!

I guess nice clip-on earrings are hard to find. I made a couple pair for the daughter of the women who cuts my hair. I did a couple beaded wire-wrap head pins and put them on clip on settings. She's giving them to her daughter for Easter.

Created for the "Kyoto, Japan" theme challenge on Self Representing Artists in Jewelry Design blog.

This necklace is 23" inches in length, and is made of Indian lace agate pebble beads, wire-wrapped in shiny, brown colored copper wire with a druzy agate pendant. It also has oval and round agate beads, and I finished it of with waxed black cotton cord, so it's very comfortable around the neck. A one-of-a-kind piece, as with all my jewelry you see in my store. :)

A light topaz Swarovski crystal baroque pendant handwrapped with copper and accented with more smoky crystals by the clasp.

These little swords make great athames or letter openers; arm your dolls; cut apples, cheese, or envelopes.
