Wire brushes usually have a fairly short life as they are used/abused for rough cleaning of brick wrk or rust removal. This brush is quite new, hence it still has most of it's wire 'bristles'.

For today's DailyShoot assignment: Pay attention to your surroundings today. Make a photo of something you walk by every day without noticing.

 

When one looks up, it's amazing to see the amount of wiring paraphernalia that is strung on poles around our neighborhood. Even more amazing is the ease with which the neighborhood squirrel population is able to traverse these wire lines, traveling here and there as if these wires were their own personal thoroughfares.

I took some shots of birds on wires when I stopped in Santa Barbara, California. I just noticed they look like a sheet of music notes.

At a small town on the Tunisian coast (can't remember the name now) there was an open air art exhibition. This wonderful horse caught my attention. I never did discover who the artist was, as it was all written in Arabic.

 

It was very cold, and very windy, and there was a great café at hand for a hot coffee! :)
