The constellation Orion is accompanying us in the night sky throughout the whole Autumn/Winter season. A few days I found out a fun fact (many might know this already): Orion is one of the few constellations that lies directly on the celestial equator, right above the Earth's equator. Since it is at the right spot, it can be seen in the northern and southern hemisphere from the equator all the way to the poles. :)

This has got to be the best storefront ever! They pegged me with those colors!

The last night before our final Body as Sight critique. Though it should have been stressful, the night was surprisingly laid back and full of bonding with classmates. We sang to songs on a messed up iPod, laughed, and help solve each others problems as we worked away. Here is my view of our work table in the Junior jewelry studio. I even finished around 1 and got to bed pretty early.

The 22nd Annual CREATURE CREATION show at the RISD Auditorium this Sat, Feb 28 at 8PM. This is a one-night only surreal fusion of visual and performance art featuring live music, video projection and foam-rubber characters constructed by students in the Creature-Creation Wintersession course.

Lots of cheering at this point. Also lots of crying.
