i didn’t plan this image — it appeared. a worker polishing the hotel’s glass, framed in full light, while a passerby walks by in shadow. two people, both in motion, yet in separate worlds. between them: a logo, a pane of glass, a division of space and role.

what caught me was the rhythm — the arc of the hand, the dark silhouette passing, the sun striking just right.

it’s a simple moment. but also a question:

who notices whom?

and what remains when you subtract color, noise, and context?

just light, gesture, presence.

and the quiet hierarchy of the everyday.

I remember being excited to hear that Frank Gehry would be designing one of the phases of the Battersea Power Station redevelopment as his buildings often produce striking photographs.

I imagine that teams of abseiling window cleaners were also excited to hear the news too.

Going back to green, former Dublin Bus Leyland Olympian RH 125, through the 90's the main double decker in Dublin, RH 125 is seen recreating a 46A on the last day of the route 25th January 2025.
