This puss was watching the goings-on in a busy street, and I'm pleased to say the window was above a restaurant (although not a fish restaurant).

I just got done rewatching Evangelion. I was more so speed watching it as I'm not a fan of the new netflix dub. I suppose I could've watched it in japanese with the sub but I decided to hear the new voices. Not a fan really. Anyways, I'm writing that because It very vaguely goes with this picture. The fine lines of reality that I decide for myself. So many of the themes of Evangelion go over my head even though I've watched it so many times. What does it mean to be liked by others and accept them? What does it mean to accept yourself. You exist knowing you'll hurt others and be hurt by others. It sounds so dramatic writing it out. I'm almost 30 and I have a hard time still trying to accept my own existence and like myself. It is a waste of time though to sit there and hate yourself when life can be full of so much love and acceptance. Why spend so much time rebelling against happiness?
