While I was taking pictures tonight and listing a few items on ebay to "fund" my lens lust, i noticed how clearly you could see though a big old aperture on a 50 1.4 piece of glass. This was a tough shot to get and I am think it could be better but I was also looking after my daughter at the same time.
I used to not care much about these flowers everyone calls weeds and pulls from their lawns, but seeing them blossom so beautifully this year has really changed my mind about them.. They're gorgeous little flowers, and the bright yellow and green color scheme just screams SPRING!! after the long, cold winter. I really found it hard to choose just one to post. Here are your winners, and their little sibling not yet bloomed below.

I made a maple bundt cake with a filling of my homemade apple walnut compote. It was a delish tea time. Now, after this is gone, let the fasting begin!

well, yes, I already have these, but a totally different color, so does it *really* count?
Actually there is still a third color which is the one I truly really want and if I ever find it in my size I absolutely must have it, totally justified.
These are some of the most comfortable shoes I ever had, summer comfy but winter potential as well, and seriously bargains at that, and I just love the way they look what can a girl do? Plus they reminded me of "english sandals" which were pretty 100% of my childhood footwear ( sapataria lisbonense...). Thinking of it these are *english* and *sandals*, so I will consider them sandália inglesa for grownup girls.
