This is an all-black, female carpenter bee; not the prettiest of bees despite its rather attractive bluish iridescent wings and shiny, blackish, black-lead makeup - No swooning, please!

on its leaves. Always get these mixed up with Waratahs...
This lovely pepper came from our garden a pale yellow and has turned this lovely orange. Had to capture it before we eat it!!
Tillandsia Argentea Thin is a very unique air plant from South America. It sports green-silvery, thin leaves which sprout from a round base. The air plant is in an abalone shell.
