On this #WhatISaw Day 57, a grey crossing to North Van, rainbow sneakers, Hotel Georgia and Christmas lights, interesting signage, the ceiling leading to SkyTrain from SeaBus, and some classical entertainment.
On this #WhatISaw Day 56, everything happened at Granville and West Georgia. Hope in Shadows calendars sold on the street, a kind act in progress, a young man feeds the pigeons, and I meet Chef @bongonation 😊
@instagram already chose my #2015bestnine🌟 - but I have some favourites for this last #WhatISaw of 2015. We have pizza tossing at @trattoriakitchen, octopus wrangling with @chefmarkmcewan, an eagle cloud on a friend's memorial day, water taxis that look like toys, lovers under the cherry blossoms, and loaded spoons at @eatvancouver. Happy New Year, everyone. Thank you for your support.
It's #WhatISaw Day 9/2016, and I was given a hand at @cloughclub, sped across Cambie Bridge, spotted Sherlock Holmes at my first Escape Room experience, loved the seating, and appreciated the giant Jenga.
On #WhatISaw Day 41 I managed to go out for a bit of fresh air and found strange sights - one of Santa's teddy bear elves out cold from too much cheer, Santa in an odd place, brooms at attention, and two things in the same window I wouldn't expect to be together.
A design from the first line of Que Terror, a clothing line about holding onto your inner child in a seemingly scary world.

#WhatISaw on a wet Day 35 - Water, water everywhere, Umbrella City, a casualty in my back alley, the little guy in yellow was loving the puddles, seeking warmth and a chat at @eastsidefitnessyvr, and this almost stabbed me in the face when I bent down to get my milk. Jesus Murphy.
On #WhatISaw Day 51, it was all about time with people I care about, so these are snippets of the day. Red shoes on SkyTrain, a festive table decor, melt in the mouth shortbread and beautiful desserts. Much love, @themarcsmith!
we mark a spot in time and call it a new year...and the truth is, every dot in time is an ending and a beginning...each one equally full of life and death...each one here and gone before you know it. So i'm trying to pay attention...looking through the lens helps.
Another day indoors, so this #WhatISaw Day 40 took some doing. So, I dug out my 1971 HS yearbook, posted me (!), showcased my prized miniature dolphins, a legacy from a startup with a dear departed friend, and of course, my watch cat.
On Day 3/2016 of #WhatISaw, a peaceful setting, someone is giving me the eye, packing up books to give away, and my Sunday pasta sauce 😊
