The old museum harbor at the Ringkøbing Fjord near Nymindegab is one of the places I love most along the Danish West Coast. Nymindegab, Jylland,Denmark
Upper West (originally: Atlas Tower) is a high-rise building at Breitscheidplatz in the Berlin district of Charlottenburg. With a height of 119 meters, it´s the fourth highest skysraper in Berlin. Designed by Christoph Langhof and KSP Jürgen Engel Architekten, the building was completed in 2017.
The caves run deep into the hillside above West Wycombe village and directly beneath St Lawrence's Church and Mausoleum (which were also constructed by Sir Francis Dashwood around the same time the caves were excavated). West Wycombe Park, ancestral seat of the Dashwood family and also a National Trust property, lies directly across the valley. The caves' striking entrance, designed as the façade of a mock gothic church and built from flint and chalk mortar, which was erected in around 1752, can be viewed directly from West Wycombe House.
NS 110 holds the main at New Baden, IL, awaiting the imminent arrival of eastbound train 167. Although traffic on Norfolk Southern's "Southern-West" District is way down, a victim of TOP-21, the railroad's version of PSR, you can still count (mostly) on some typical traffic patterns...and this is one of them.
We got to the beach before the sand was all messed up by thousands and thousands of feet both human and dog so managed to catch some nice sand ripples.

This lovely beach is situated on the western side of the Tywi / Towy Estuary. I say it is a beach but apparently the tourist board won’t call it one and insist it is referred to as an estuary. The sand is fine and golden, becoming much firmer towards the sea - ideal for sandcastles.
Llansteffan beach is overlooked to the west by the ruins of the Norman Llansteffan Castle.
Taken a while ago, so before the recent cliff falls that have made the cliff out of bounds. There were notices around warning not to go close to the cliff but even so some people, that I photoshopped out, were happily sitting right against the loose cliff face with their children. I do wonder sometimes...
I had heard a gray ghost leading the 261 train while they were talking with Wisconsin DS in La Crescent and was I hoping for an intercept much further up river in the evening. I did not fully appreciate that the DS's other westbound in the vicinity at the time was a ballast train. In desperate need of a spot for this still-unknown-to-me westbound ahead of 261, I stumbled across this very nice overpass view just west of Red Wing. Hearing a very non-CP horn soon thereafter, I figured it might be an interesting subject. A Belle and CP friend blitz west and kick up a storm of Cottonwood seeds. Yeah, it was interesting.
