Going through some older shots of a cruise we took 2 years ago.
Would love to go again but with the pandemic, think it will be quite
a while before we’ll be comfortable enough to be in such a confined
space again.

And eagle perches near Welcome, Washington.
There is an interesting Riddle that explains how Welcome Washington got its name. The US Post Office opened an office there in 1889. John Welcome Riddle was the very first Post Master. Evidence of a community is sparse today. Evidence of salmon and eagles is plenty.

Sometimes you can create totally different wolds with one and the same image by changing the format and turning it. I used one of my own photos I uploaded yesterday, called "The Sound of Silence".

I think Boo Lefou is glad that Fall has arrived. I’m hoping he’ll get some relief from his allergies. You can see in this photo the skin in the corner of his eyes is still swollen. When he has flare ups he gets all red under the eyes and in the folds around the nose. I have him on a special diet and he takes the medicine Apoquel which he’ll probably be on for life.
Have a wonderful day Flickr friends. Tina and the Puglets xo
I would like to thank all of you that have taken the time to view and comment on my photos, it is very much appreciated. Constructive criticism and tips on how to improve my novice photography skills are always welcomed.
So, I've been experimenting with some new heads this past week - some for better, some for worse, all of them still works in progress. Bear with me! 💕

The sixth month of the year, so six promises ....
I promise to try to listen and love compassionately
Take time to savour the delights of nature
To laugh more and see the lighter nature in humanity
To take risks creatively
Take time to count my blessings and give thanks
Strive to create Heaven on Earth in my garden and anywhere else if at all possible

Thank you for your kind visit. Have a beautiful day! ❤️❤️❤️
One from the archives from what must have been my very first days of ownership of the Sony RX10m4. This was taken at a small deck at the side of Lillydale Lake in Lilydale, Victoria. (Note the spelling differnece in the two Lilydales - going on what Google Maps tells me).
This welcome swallow was particularly tame and let me get remarkably close before spreading the wings and taking off.
Happy Wing Wednesday!
