Summer of Awe
Illuminate the laser light at Grace Light to Grace Cathedral is celebrating a Summer of Awe with WINDOW.
The laser installation that will shine from the roof of the Fairmont Hotel through the Grace Cathedral’s Rose Window from sunset to sunrise.
Called the Summer of Awe, this series of four large-scale activations focuses attention – and laser space cannons – on some of San Francisco’s most iconic monuments.
“Window” (July 27 – 29) – Laser cannons atop the roof of the famed Fairmont Hotel in Nob Hill, shooting directly into the “Rose Window” at Grace Cathedral.
All Summer of Awe activations are a partnership between Illuminate and laser experts Nu-Salt Laser International, and Karl the Fog.

We adopted a rescue dog about 2 months ago. Her name is Bella and she’s a pointer springer spaniel cross. She’s a bit excitable and gets carried away very easily but sometimes she just chills. I don’t usually do any form of portrait photography but thought I’d try some with a nifty fifty as bigger lens seem to scare her. She’s doing the puppy look very well here.
Rock 'n'roll echoes through the air as a young wanderer, rocking curls and charisma like Mick Jagger, roams the streets of London.

I went at 4 am in the fishing port of Dumaguete. I met there some nice guys gathering the fishes from the fishing boat and bringing them to the market.
We had the chance to talk a little bit and I took some pictures while waiting for the sunrise.
