Had a blast on the river this weekend with my oldest son ... & some old friends. I will not soon forget this spot we decided to set up camp at for our one-nighter ... probably my favorite tenting site of all time (as far as the view right out the fly). The river was only a few feet away, there were mature cotton wood trees growing about & in behind were the 'badland' hills & hoodoos ... the weather was the icing on the cake.
This shot caught my buddy, Hank, telling one of his stories ... we all shared a couple that evening ...
Other than adjusting levels & a minor crop; this photo was right out of the camera (... which helped me in the limited time to post before I am off again!!!).
Hate to post & run; I'll catch up with all of ya soon! (Off to Edmonton tomorrow on business).

the snow and cold finally started to give up it's hold, but it was still chilly and quite a bit wet with mountains of snow slowly melting. but the sun beckoned and I needed a remedy for cabin fever so I pulled on some jeans and these boots with a soft hoodie and my black anorak which I left open and treated myself to a lunch out and a mini road trip, getting home just after dark

A visit to the Minnetrista Center last night. A festival called "Faeries, Sprites and Lights". A really fun time for the boys! Lots of displays and plenty of kids dressed as fairies.. an annual event at the Minnetrista..

A shot of one of the many, many cars in the extravaganza that is put on every year in Indianapolis. We went this year and took Dylan.. he wanted to see "Sponge Bob" at the show! We spent several hours looking at the beautiful custom cars at the show! I highly recommend it to anyone that loves the older muscle cars from their past! Lots more in comments...
