Oskee Weekend 2012, a fun-filled and family friendly weekend celebrating the spirit of Worcester Academy through activities centered around academics, athletics, and the arts.
Photos were taken at the latest Shine Lifelong Opportunities Weekend which took place at the Holiday Inn, Coventry. The event was held for families with a child 6-11 years with spina bifida/hydrocephalus or IH - social and learning opportunities for the whole family, including siblings.
Weekend Blouse, I added 4" to the bottom and 2" to the sleeve. This is unhemmed in the photo to give a view of the length with the added fabric. See also my blog.

Out for the weekend with a couple of friends in Boston.
Took along the new TLR and my Pentax 67. The Yashica 124 has some seeeerious flaring issues when the taking lens is even in proximity to the sun. Definitely going to need a lens hood if it's going to become a regular user

Sharonville, Ohio. Seen at this weekend's HorrorHound convention which is a celebration of monster and horror films. We all need a good excuse to dress up and many of us can't wait until Halloween.
This guy is very mild looking compared to many of the attendees at the event. I'm thinking he put his mask up when he came outside for a smoke and would look more impressive with it down.
Picked up a minty Strawberry Shortcake LP at Goodwill; and the 1971 Baby Doll Pink Barbie oufit at a local antique store (for 75% off - score).
The end of our Uni reunion. Claire and I lived on the same floor during our 1st year and before my train, we had a wander into Derby centre. I used to work at this Clinton Cards - now closed down (as you can tell!) Claire went behind the famous fountain (I don't THINK I ever ended up in there on a night out?!) and I tried to photograph her between the water but didn't really succeed. But we managed a quick selfie :-)

Also all weekend, we gave away FREE Super Lucky Tokens! Kids played in our Minecraft-style Boxtown!Tasty treats were served in the 3000 Brigade's Pac-Man Café! Plus there was FREE shirt printing of our exclusive designs by The Fine Print Shoppe!
