Dispersion (by refraction) of sunlight through this spiders web (?), makes it somewhat colorful. It's the same phenomen that makes rainbows, except this one was spun (the forest floor, Nordmarka, Norway).
I called it agave spider, it's the only place I happen to see these spiders again and again...
