If you haven't gone to ROMP yet, I recommend you check out the Stockholm & Lima Nawashi House Tie Beam! While it does come with some built-in Shibari ropes, they also sell some prettier ones that hook up to the thing, like the one I'm wearing here. I'll make sure to show off the actual beam in the coming days!

After Gracie Jo went to our vet today, for the first time, I wanted to keep her in my room for a little while to be sure she didn't have a bad reaction to her vaccines. When I went to check on her she was lying on the heating pad, even though it was turned off. I pushed the button to turn it on, and she liked that very much. In fact, when I opened the window to let her escape, she lingered on the heating pad for a few minutes. :D
Once again, my weakness for needing to photograph fluffy ducklings comes through. This guy learning to forage along the paths of the riparian preserve. He might need to clean up a bit.
