Waystation Interface type 1542: Used on Waystation Controller equipment type 1351. Integrated circuits IC1-IC4 are DTMF transceivers for signalling with up to four selective lines. IC5 and IC6 are subscriber service tone generators. IC8 and IC9 are CMOS crosspoint switching matrix integrated circuits for voice switching and speech routing. The ribbon cable connects to the associated Digital Controller type 1407.

A representative from Wildlife WayStation, an exotic animal rehabilitation center in Angeles National Forrest, ushers an albino Burmese python down the red carpet at Universal Studios Hollywood.

Sainte-Marie de Nasbinals was started in the 11th century and expanded in the 14th century. The historical Way of Saint James starts in Le-Puy-en-Velay; Nasbinals is one of the important waystations along the trail.

Lina Rifai, associate professor of vertebrate biology at IU Kokomo, leads students on a research project studying monarch butterflies. Rifai helped IU Kokomo earn a certificate and designation as a “Monarch Waystation.”

 

IU Kokomo’s campus now “provides critical resources for monarchs throughout their annual cycle of reproduction and migration and supports other pollinators and wildlife.”

Went to Kohler Andrae State Park to hike through the sand dunes. Little did I know that it's a monarch waystation. Monarch butterflies stop there as they migrate to Mexico for the winter. There were thousands! It was so awesome to see!
