The former Fleming Smith Warehouse in Tribeca in Manhattan at 135 Watts St.The sandstone and brick structure was built in 1891.You can see the 1891 in copper numerals still intact on the stepped gable (top right) with Fleming Smith's "FS" monogram above them The stepped gables are trimmed in copper ornamentation (painted in green).There was a shoe factory and a storehouse for wine once in the building.Hmm,I guess when the workers weren't trying on shoes they were crushing grapes on the side. Five Watt Coffee and 94 Bubbles on Lyndale Avenue in Minneapolis. The sign at 94 Bubbles says open but it apparently closed in August after one year in business. It was associated with Five Watt Coffee.
