This is a simple plastic bag, with a hole placed in the front for the lens, and the bottom for the camera tripod to fit. The main opening of the bag is around the viewfinder/LCD display.

This system works pretty well and keeps the camera (Nikon D7000 in this case) mostly dry in rain/snow.
