The new solar school zone signs that are being installed all round the state of NSW.
It is a little sad that motorists actually have to be warned to slow down around schools, but some idiots just need a little more persuasion than others, to do the right thing.
These are on a gate on a farm in The New Forest. The Scottish teddy is a new addition. The duck and the pig have been there quite a while. I have never seen the dog that we are meant to beware off - lol
Warnings of don’ts in Thai, Japanese and English. I was embarrassed to see this sign. Most of details were only in Japanese.
It could possibly be an abbrieviation of Delay is Expected but it most probably is the ubiquitous grocer's apostrophe.
I will heed the warning and not dig here. Back in the 60's, this was a high profile litter road. They attempted to cover it up with 'fill dirt', but even this was full of cans and bottles. How many have survived? We may never know.
Whenever I go to California, I'm often struck by the very weird warning signs I encounter. This one was in the lobby of my hotel in San Diego.
Police Warning Sign in English and languages I don't understand on the 'fast line fencing' on platform 3 at Romford Station on the Great Eastern Main Line in (East) London (UK).
Platform 3 on the fast line at Romford is inaccessible for passengers unless a train is due or at the platform as an anti suicide (amongst others) safety measure.
Non stopping trains can travel on the fast line through Romford at up to 100 miles per hour.

It's dirty in all manner of the word - a guy with "hot material" being spewed all over his face... The blue gunk all over it isn't corrosion - it appears to be penn mulch (that blue-green stuff seen on newly seeded lawns). It's embarassing that I've worked at this place for 7 years and don't know all the names of the equipment (I work in the office). So this is apparently some type of penn mulch spreader. If you know the name, leave me a comment.
