Union Pacific's Marsh Job shoves a clean TBOX loaded with bagged salt/aggregate down the spur to National Warehouse Corp. National Warehouse stopped receiving rail service in late 2015 following a dispute, but resumed regular rail service in early 2019. Shipments are sporadic, ranging from as much as two deliveries a week to six weeks of no service. The classic building was built in 1891 and has somehow managed to escape the surrounding gentrification. It's remarkable that this 130 year old structure continues to receive active rail service (and in the form of boxcars at that!) in 2020 and it is one of the only instances I'm aware of around the country.
