found at the foot of the church tower (all that's left of the church) in the centre of the town.
Haven't found anything much about this memorial (or the old church) yet.
Why the need for a new memorial?
Where was the old one?

As we searched the wreck-turned-hive of the ship for those Jedi, I was absolutely disgusted by the things they had done to the ship... And its crew.
____________________________________________________________________________
I was originally intrigued by the fact that this mission was supposed to take place inside a ship transformed into a Geonosian hive, but then I disappointed myself by not actually making the mission inside the catacombs. So, I made another one where they were in the catacombs. :D
Fanciest lighting here. :D
When the Lamb opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, “Come!” Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make people kill each other. To him was given a large sword.
Animals in War Designer and Sculptor David Backhouse.
Carved by Richard Holliday and Harry Grey.
Located on Park Lane, at the junction with Upper Brook Street, on the eastern edge of Hyde Park London, The Animals in War Memorial was officially opened on 24 November 2004 by Anne, Princess Royal.
Inscription
Animals in War
This monument is dedicated to all the animals that served and died alongside British and allied forces in wars and campaigns throughout time.
They had no choice.
Many and various
animals were employed
to support British and Allied Forces in wars and campaigns over the centuries and as a result millions died · From the pigeon to the elephant they all played a vital role in every region of the world in the cause of human freedom · Their contribution must never be forgotten.
War is only a cowardly escape from the problems of peace. Thomas Mann
