A tranquil haven, a boundless space.
Amber waves in the gentle breeze,
Whisper secrets to rustling trees.
Gentle meadows, where wildflowers bloom,
Painting the landscape with colors in tune.
A tapestry woven by nature's hand,
In this idyllic haven, we understand.
Beneath the azure sky's vast dome,
Farmsteads stand, a place called home.
Crops swaying in rhythmical rhyme,
A symphony of seasons, an ageless time.
Nature's beauty in every sight,
From dawn's first blush to the tranquil night.
In the fields and farms, life's stories told,
A canvas of wonder, a sight to behold.
In Lyon's rustic countryside, we stride,
On hiking trails, where wonders hide.
Amidst nature's embrace, we roam,
Through fields and forests, we find our home.
The sun above, a golden glow,
Its warmth upon us, a gentle flow.
As rustling leaves, a symphony play,
We wander freely, on this path today.
Through meadows green and wildflowers bright,
We venture forth, in pure delight.
The scent of earth, the fresh air's kiss,
In Lyon's country side, pure bliss.
The winding roads, they lead us far,
To places where the wild things are.
In every step, a story unfolds,
Of nature's beauty, we are beholds.
With each new bend, a discovery,
Of hidden treasures meant for thee.
In Lyon's countryside, we find,
A sanctuary for heart and mind.
So let us hike, hand in hand,
In Lyon's rustic wonderland.
With every step, our spirits rise,
In nature's arms, we harmonize.
Farmstead's Charm
In the heart of the countryside's embrace,
A farmstead stands with its rustic grace.
Red barns and silos reach for the sky,
Against a backdrop of clouds up high.
Rolling pastures, where cattle roam,
A peaceful haven, a place to call home.
The scent of earth and freshly mowed hay,
Invites us to linger, to stay and sway.
Farmers toil with hands so skilled,
Cultivating the land, dreams fulfilled.
Rows of crops stretch far and wide,
An ode to diligence, side by side.
Golden harvests, a labor's reward,
Bounty of the fields, a gift to hoard.
In the beauties of farms and fields we find,
A connection to nature, intertwined.
The Farm's Symphony
Amidst the fields where the wildflowers grow,
A farm awakens, a vibrant tableau.
The song of tractors and chirping birds,
Compose a symphony, sweet and heard.
Rows of corn and orchards of trees,
Blossom in nature's harmonious ease.
Scents of hay and the earthy ground,
Envelop the senses, peace is found.
Farmers and animals, a life entwined,
Working together, a rhythm defined.
Caring for land and creatures alike,
A bond with nature, in every hike.
Sunsets paint the sky with hues of fire,
As stars emerge, the night's attire.

Through the Window of Memory — once a glimpse of Santorini in our highlands, now only a memory. A place of beauty lost, not to time, but to reasons beyond the hills and colors we loved.
The title of this picture was inspired by the ancient Tibetan
shamanic ''Soul-Calling'' - ritual, which was performed to summon lost souls back to the place or body, in/to which they naturally belong.

into luminiferous aether realms where dreams lay stored
and memories dwell, of futures and of pasts.
Psyche inside out ~
Mind and soul as symbiosis, creating our perception of the exterior reality according to our interior degree of awareness. With the knowledge of your true self you hold the key to the gate which keeps the greatest mysteries of the universe.
I captured this scene during a pre-dawn excursion to Nore Hill Woods near Slindon, West Sussex, UK. By the time I took this shot, the early morning light had found its way among the trees, and it was soft and gentle. I really liked how the younger tree in the centre of the frame was providing a nice splash of colour lower down in the woods.

Silence spreads like a wordless prayer. The lake breathes slowly, as time dissolves along the line where water meets sky. Nothing asks for haste.
There is an invisible dialogue between she and the horizon – a conversation that needs no sound, only presence. The tree, stripped of its leaves, understands. It bends with the wind but stands tall, holding secrets that winter cannot erase.
The bench is not just a place to rest but a space where thoughts drift lightly, dancing between what is and what once was. Solitude, here, does not weigh heavy. It spreads like light over the water, turning every absence into a poem.
At the lake’s edge, what feels missing becomes whole.

O silêncio se espalha como uma prece sem palavras. O lago respira devagar, enquanto o tempo se dissolve na linha onde a água encontra o céu. Nada pede pressa.
Há um diálogo invisível entre ela e o horizonte – uma conversa que não precisa de som, apenas de presença. A árvore, despida de folhas, entende. Ela se curva com o vento, mas permanece de pé, guardando segredos que o inverno não apaga.
O banco não é só um lugar de descanso, mas um espaço onde pensamentos flutuam leves, dançando entre o agora e o que já foi. A solidão, aqui, não pesa. Ela se espalha como luz sobre a água, transformando cada ausência em um poema.
