I hate carrying a purse, so in the winter when I have lots of pockets I'd much rather carry my little wallet. It's just big enough to hold my driver license, a couple credit cards and some cash for small purchases or tips.

It seems strange but i can genuinely justify buying these more than i can sets or custom figs as they not only retain their value, but actually it increases over time. The last time i checked, everything prior to the 2015 figs was being sold everywhere for much more than i paid for any of them. It's a small but sound investment in my eyes (whatever helps me sleep at night as i cry into my empty wallet lol).
After a few years in a man's back pocket his wallet becomes not just masculine but almost a part of the man. (As far as I know, women don't show enough loyalty to accessories that each becomes part of the other.)

I have been so busy making more and more art wallets. This one is one of my all time favourites the colours just sing. I have a packed diary full of craft fairs I hope I have made enough.
I love these tea wallets -- they really exemplify exactly the things I like to make. They're made with gorgeous natural linen and decorated with a patchwork made from upcycled tea packets.
* Wallet for both bills and change. Made entirely out of flea market finds: curtain fabric, embroydered lace, zipper, snap closures and a piece of a placemat, inserted in the back for sturdiness.
This is one out of a series of twelve.
* Portemonnee voor papier- en kleingeld. Enkel uit rommelmarkt vondsten gemaakt: gordijnstof, geborduurd lint, rits, drukknopen en een stuk placemat, in de achterkant verwerkt voor stevigheid.
Dit is er eentje uit een serie van twaalf.
ever since my wallet was stolen about a year a half ago, i've been using a plain old black leather wallet. finally got around to making myself a new one! outside fabric is gray wool i took from a men's wool blazer found at the local goodwill for $3.
i actually really love this.
i got this bracelet in HK back in the summer of 09' . When i saw it i INSTANTLY HAD to buy it! I actually LOVE mickey mouse with a passion <3 It makes me sooo happy just seeing this x) My wallet is also Mickey Mouse :D
finally back to my normal kind of photos! sorry for my absence once again! I'll defs start getting back into it cause my report card stuff is done for this term! (:

Meg Hunt and I made a wallet that was supposed to be released by Poketo... but they let us down and squashed the deal.
This was going to be the exterior of the wallet.
I am realy mad that this project never happened.

I made these little wallets a while ago but just added the snaps and got some pictures taken. These are mostly in red&white and I also used the cotton tapes by Anna (www.etsy.com/shop/lillalotta) which I ordered from her some years ago.
