Flowers from the farmers market

Moments before sunrise .

Look at its shape, with vibrant yellows and oranges, a sunflower can brighten your day...it's as if it is smiling like a happy face painted on the sun...so if you do only one thing all day, let it be to smile, so you can brighten the day of others around you, just like the sunflower.

Brace yourself to the morning low

Night is gone, long way turning

You've waited long enough to know".....

This was the view I saw when I woke in a small island in Teijo National Park. Before that I saw a dream where I was fighting against ninjas but that's a different story...

Morning in a field of Mustard or Canola, central Alberta.

Forest fire smoke in the air.

It's a good start to any day when you wake up and see this from your balcony. It was a little chilly taking in this view as we sailed along the Fjords of the Norwegian Inside Passage. The pastel shades in the freezing air gave a rather dreamy look to the distant mountains as we headed North to Tromso.

RKO_2854. When I met this beautiful fox it seemed he was a little sleepy.....or perhaps a little annoyed? Probably both! Anyhow, I was happy with the encounter and the shots I managed to take.

I'm waking up

I can feel it all

I'm waking up

I can breath, I can love for you.

But I know that you want me too

I feel it burn

I feel it burn

The city is waking up...

Looking down the Northumberland coast before sunrise from Berwick beach, with the Castle of Lindisfarne & Holy Island seen to the bottom left (somewhat distorted due to the atmosphere) and a fishing vessel to the right then Bamburgh Castle in the distance just in front of the lighthouse at the end of the breakwater at Berwick upon Tweed. And of course many seagulls in flight.

Spring is such a season of excitement with plants in the garden waking up after their long winter sleep. My garden is calling me ... so many projects - so little time.
