From time to time I do get lost or chance a different route. As you can see in this image I needed to know what was at one end from another. I certainly found out and had to leave quickly and go back.

08-June-2022: a ray of setting sun illuminates the lower part of a storm shower which is affecting a small area from mount Nanos to Vremščica, along the watershed edge between the Internal and Coastal Karst-Dinaric Region.
A great beautiful rainbow must have been seen from the Vipava dolina/valley (from where it penetrates the Postojna basin) towards the ongoing precipitation in the South-East...ehm...so, this is the wrong side!😮
I can console myself by thinking that this photo is very original, few have photographed (consciously...) the backstage of a rainbow; here's what's behind it! 😂
