Smile on Saturday: Words
April 23 is the Diada de Sant Jordi in Catalonia, whose patron saint is Saint George. On this day, the tradition is that men offer women a rose, and women offer men a book. It is also known as the Day of the Book and the Rose (la Diada del Llibre i de la Rosa), and has now become World Book Day. Coincidentally, William Shakespeare and Miguel de Cervantes both died on April 23rd, 1616 (although the official date may differ according to which calendar is used).

oppure leniscono,
dovremmo tutti imparare a usarle meglio.

I won't break down today
Another brick's in my way of shadows
The promises they made
Regret themselves and say "this is too hard"
Yeah, they say you grow when you don't succeed
But it's hard to breathe when no one believes in me
not the words
not the thoughts
not the paper
not even the light -
I am the awareness
in which all these appear.

Unwritten
Drench yourself
in words unspoken
Live your life with arms
wide open
Today is where your
book begins
The rest is still unwritten.

(little nice poem I found in my calendar)
we cannot see it coming
but once we know the blessing
that comes with one good friend
we know the joy and gladness
of friendship without an end

😀 I just love saying that 😂
There is so much optimism in these words.
And, check to the right by the wretched line on the sky, even the sky gives us a smile today.😆
I'm on a weekend trip to Fredrikstad, there is absolutely no snow here.
And I realized that morning to light is difficult to catch.

Also a sneaky song title
Words by F. R David. Mainly because the lyrics summed up that words just don't come easy to me.
A catchy little song released by F. R. David from back in 1982. I always liked some Euro Pop.
