Mount Heyburn, at 10,229 feet (3,118 m) is one of the many 10,000-foot (3,050 m) peaks in the Sawtooth Range of central Idaho.

Snowshoe hike from Hindenburghütte to the Straubinger House.
What a wonderful morning - freezing cold but couldn't be nicer - everything was covered in snow and ice and shone in the beautiful sunlight - a poem for the heart and soul.

Was für ein wundervoller Morgen - eisig kalt, aber schöner konnte man es sich nicht wünschen - alles war mit Schnee und Eis überzogen und strahlte in dem wundervollen Sonnenlicht - ein Gedicht für Herz und Seele.
Unlucky month. First problem with the computer, then after only a week of activity on Flickr, I got the flu that became pneumonia.
Has finally released the fever and I can sit at the computer and look at all my good friends' wonderful pictures.

We saw a fantastic concert last night by Ian Felice, and this was one of the standout songs he performed, though they were all superb. It is a wonderful life, and it's important to make the most of it.

Hi everyone... I want to give your wonderful guys and gals an update... although I still struggle with chronic pain on a daily basis, some days are better than others. I still cannot shoot like I was used to... stooping, bending over, sitting on the ground, etc as is necessary to shoot macro, still isn't possible for me. For now, I must be content to (re)edit and (re)publish shots in my archives.
