Rain drops in spider web

This spider was waiting for prey on mottled stone under a fine blanket of web The image has been enhanced to bring out the pattern and colour of the spider.

I liked the sparkle on this web I hope you do !

This one is a real mess, not what you think of when you think spider's web but I liked it and the way the water drops are all different shapes and sizes.

Probably the biggest spider i saw in my entire life... Normally i dont fear spiders, but when they are that big something is different on the air around them... hahaha. Found in Miyakojima, Okinawa, Japan
