As you arrive at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, the stunning sleek, black lines of Britain's first iron-hulled, armoured warship, take your breath away. Warrior, launched in 1860, was the pride of Queen Victoria's fleet. Powered by steam and sail, she was the largest, fastest and most powerful ship of her day and had a profound effect on naval architecture. Warrior was, in her time, the ultimate deterrent. Yet within a few years she was obsolete. Restored and back at home in Portsmouth, Warrior now serves as a ship museum, monument, visitor attraction, private venue and more.

And they lurk in the background watching over the lands. Strong magnificent scaly wings and nine fluffy large tails. A dragon and a Kitsune warrior. From different ends of the food chain and yet united as one duo to fight crime and punish the bullies.
The bond of brotherhood strengthens. Kinship reigns supreme. There is no mercy given to those who impose suffering.
Pray that the dragon's fire or the kitsune wrath may not be the last vision in your gaze before you are perished...

The warrior weevil watches over his kingdom after conquering the giant flower.
I photographed this tiny weevil, he was about 2 or 3mm long, at Huntley Meadows in Virginia.
HMS Warrior was Britain’s first iron-hulled, armoured battleship. Launched in 1860, at a time of empire and Britain’s dominance in trade and industry, Warrior was the pride of Queen Victoria’s fleet.
Powered by steam and sail, she was the largest, fastest and most powerful warship of her day and had a lasting influence on naval architecture and design. Work and life on board reflected both the changes the Royal Navy experienced as it evolved into a professional service and shifts in Victorian society.

The Terracotta Army or the "Terracotta Warriors and Horses" is a collection of terracotta sculptures depicting the armies of Qin Shi Huang, the first Emperor of China. It is a form of funerary art buried with the emperor in 210–209 BCE and whose purpose was thought to have been protect the emperor in his afterlife.
Pit one is 230 metres (750 ft) long and 62 metres (203 ft) wide, it contains an army of more than 6,000 figures. The Pit has 11 corridors, most of which are more than 3 metres (9.8 ft) wide and paved with small bricks.
