Day 11: Bilbie Walk, Nottingham. Also liked all the lines looking down this view - and with the closed gates, there are even more of them to look at!
January 11th, 2011
(also day 319/365 of the 365 project I started in February 2010)
This is Dooley, a Shetland Sheepdog which owns me. I usually take a camera when we go for a walk (at least twice a day), and he's become so used to it that I have to hide the camera when I take it out of the bag or he'll begin barking because he thinks it means a walk. I've been trying to train him to stand still when I say, "Photo." Sometimes it even works. Most of our walks are in the Southeast section of Portland, Oregon, but we're branching out. Now, if I could get him to carry my tripod....

It seems my regular walks over the fields to the Dip are quite popular, and at least three of my friends on here have expressed a desire to walk down The Dip.
One of those, Tony, is stayng with us, and so on Sunday, in the hottest part of the day, we walked to the Dip.
I hope it lived up to his expectations. It is a farmer's track, really called Norway Drove, and is lined with hedges filled with wildlife and plants.
WWe came back following a footpath through a field of beans, that were nearly up to our armpits as the farmer had not marked the path out for walkers.

I still have the DSLR hostage and mimeesbatd wanted more Pullip photos. I took over 50 photos of Juliet (Uncanricky) and loved every single one of them! I managed to narrow them down to four that I loved the most.
