Llandudno Pier is a Grade II* listed pier in the seaside resort of Llandudno, North Wales. At 700 m, the pier is the longest in Wales and the fifth longest in England and Wales.
Caught this view of the Strumble Head lighthouse in Wales just as the fog bank was closing in from the right. 5 minutes later the light was shrouded.

A brute of a fortress. Caernarfon Castle’s pumped-up appearance is unashamedly muscle-bound and intimidating. Picking a fight with this massive structure would have been a daunting prospect. By throwing his weight around in stone, King Edward I created what is surely one of the most impressive of Wales’s castles.
At "The Wick" - a high cliff on Skomer Island where the puffins are very tame and are unafraid of people
Taken on a walk along the beach at Llanfairpwllgwyngyll - Newborough, on our way to Llanddwyn Lighthouse. This area is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and that description cannot be taken away from this lovely place.
The church which I lived near to for 20 years. Buried to the left of the doorway is my gentle kind old neighbour, who always had a lovely child-like cheeky glint in his eye. I cannot fail to recall the date Bill Morris passed away... 11th September 2001.
